Our sincere thanks to Mediline who provided care for Harold at home and to Wards 306 and especially 408 for their care in his last few days at the Royal Derby Hospital. The family also wish to thank relatives, neighbours and friends and those who couldn't attend the funeral for their kind words, flowers, sympathy cards and donations.
